Pat, I worked with Jack at the State Police barracks at Embreeville in the 1980's - 1990's (before he retired and went on to his second career at Krapf's). He always made me feel sort of nostalgic ... my mother was from "upstate" PA too, and hearing Jack speak was so familiar (he never lost his "accent" did he?)
I know he will be missed,

My wife and I extend out sincere condolences to Jack's two lovely daughters and to his sister, Celeste, my dear friend. Since we lived not far from each other in Lansford, I watched my cousin, Jack, grow up and become a man that made his dad extremely proud. Uncle John always spoke with pride about his son, the state trooper.

My deepest sympathies to your entire family. I was a high school classmate of John.
Although I have not seen him for many years, I still have fond memories of our times in Lansford. May he find peace.

So sorry to hear about your dad. My family was just re-telling stories from living in Romans Village. May your father rest in peace!
