John Lorentzen Obituary
John L. Lorentzen, 85, of Effort, died Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013, in the VNA/Hospice House, East Stroudsburg.
Born in Brooklyn, NY he was a son of the late Johan and Aagot (Lande) Lorentzen.
He had been a foreman at Santini Brothers, a shipping and moving company in Queens, NY, for 26 years before retiring in 1994. He had also been a sailor for four years.
He was of the Lutheran faith.
He is survived by a brother, Bernhard Lorentzen of Effort.
