I served in Vietnam 1967-68 with Mike in Qui Nhon. He was a wonderful friend and great soldier, who was highly respected by all he served with.
He was “Soldier of the Year” and promoted to Staff Sergeant!
Which is extremely rare for a Draftee!!!

Chris, Joe, Dave, and Families...
My love and prayers to all of you as you mourn the loss of your dad. His sense of humor and quick wit were some of my favorite things about him! And of course, his dedication and loyalty to his family was inspiring. Love to you...Wendy
