Michael Walters Obituary
Michael R. "Mikey" Walters, 56, of Slatington, passed away surrounded by his loving family, Saturday, Aug. 11, 2018, in Lehigh Center, Macungie.
Born in Allentown, he was a loving son of Ruth I. (Hunsicker) Walters and the late Ray A. Walters.
Michael enjoyed wrestling and knotting ropes. He was a member of Star Hose, Co. No. 1, Emerald.
Survivors: Mother; brothers Leon and wife, Donna, of Slatington, Larry and wife, Judy, of Emerald, Russell and wife, Cheryl, of Walnutport, Robert, Ronald and wife, Lisa, of North Catasauqua, Ray Jr. and wife, Tina, of Slatington; sisters Jean, wife of Nelson Frantz, of Slatington, Joyce, wife of Sterling Frable, of Walnutport, Judy, wife of Richard Wilt, of Walnutport; numerous nieces and nephews.
Services: Funeral service, 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 16, Kevin E. Hunsicker Funeral Home Inc., 4214 Main St., Slatedale. Call 10-11 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. James D. Robison Jr. will officiate. Interment, Slatedale Cemetery.
