Phyllis Solt Obituary
Phyllis E. Solt, 92, of Lehighton, passed into eternal rest on Sunday, Nov. 9, 2025, in her residence.
Prior to retiring, she was employed as a factory worker in the garment industry.
Born in Clear Lake, S.D., on Jan. 10, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Roland and Ida (Scheirnbeck) Smith.
She was a member of People's E.C. Church, Franklin Township.
Surviving are a son, John Solt, and his wife, Michelle, of Lehighton; a daughter Lisa, wife of Jim Jones of Newcomerstown, Ohio; 10 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was also predeceased by a daughter, Lana Reed; and a sister, Maxinne Weisner.
Services: Private funeral service at convenience of family. Arrangements by Ovsak Funeral Home, Lehighton. Contributions in her name may be made to People's E.C. Church, 206 Wagner St., Lehighton, PA 18235. Online condolences can be offered at ovsakfh.com.

Aunt Phyllis will be deeply miss i called her atleast twice a month to talk to we were very close. I will miss her

So sorry for everyone lose I can´t she left us all to go home she was like my aunt she use to babysit me all the time she use to make me tomato sandwiches n chips n play building blocks with me I will miss her dearly n keep her close to my heart n she use to come to our family get together I knew her about 45 years she was a special woman
