Augustine Abbott Obituary
Augustine Abbott of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 65.
Augustine was preceded in death by her father, Udell Curl.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Curl; two children, Brandon and Alicia; two grandchildren, Braxton and Alivia; and four brothers, Edward, Terry, Larry and Don.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 16, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church and private funeral service will follow. Services have been entrusted to Dale-Riggs Funeral Home.

She was an amazing woman who I had the pleasure to work with during my internship at the family and child abuse center helping her run the group for a short time as she was teaching me. Dear Abbot family,
I am so very sorry for your sad loss. I had the honor of working with your Mom at Head Start. She was a loving and wonderful teacher! She touched the lives of her young students and their family’ as well. The community lost a wonderful advocate and woman! She will truly be missed.

My deepest sympathy to the family. As a school psychologist with TPS I worked with Mrs Abbott during her years with Head Start. She displayed such a caring heart for her students and their families. In her years of a career she left her mark as a compassionate resourceful woman. God rest her soul.
