Billy Shields Obituary
October 11, 1960 - June 21, 2024
Billy "Riff Raff" Shields passed away suddenly at his home on June 21, 2024. An avid Harley rider, loving Papa, and devoted Dad, Bill made friends wherever he went. He pretended to hate everyone, but deep down, he was always right there for anyone who needed him. He spoke his mind and stayed true to his beliefs. Though he was born and raised in Ohio, he spent many weekends traveling to West Virginia and Alabama, where he visited beloved family.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Van and JoAnn Shields; younger brother, Douglas "Steve" Shields; and special cousins, Mary "Koochie" Faulkner and Jeff Collins.
He is survived by his daughter, Kim (Scott) Kondik; son, Kyle (Ainsley) Shields; six grandchildren, Hunter, Donovan and Henley Shields, Abigail, Addison and Amelia Kondik; brothers, John (Kris) Keener, Ron (Tina) Shields, Rob (Melissa) Shields; and many beloved nieces and nephews, he was especially close to Casey (Craig) Hattery and Brandon (Dekoada) Shields, as well as special family Brenda and Russ Norris.
Because he lived to ride, he made many biker buddies through the years. Known to his friends in the clubs as "Riff Raff" he would often talk about the wild memories made with the brothers he chose. We hope they will enjoy many rides to nowhere in his memory.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Make A Wish Foundation or to The Toledo Humane Society, as his love of animals knew little bounds.
A celebration of life for friends and family will be planned with details to follow.

Bill there is so many memories of have of you and your brothers, because I was there to see you when you come into this world and all those years time we spent together will forever hold a special place in my heart . I have many fond memories with Bill that go back to grade school. I would have to say he was my buddy!! I cherish every moment that we have spent together. Rest in peace buddy you are out of pain!! My thoughts and prayers pour out to all family members!!!

My Condolences to Bills' Family,
I Met Bill many years ago through his brother Ron and Sister-in-law Tina, and although I didn't see him often; when I did he was Always so kind and funny! I was fortunate to see him just a few short months ago and able to get a Nice Big bear hug.
