Charles Webb Obituary
Charles E. Webb Sr., 66, aka "Chuck" was born November 24, 1950 and passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Mercy St. Vincent's Hospital, Toledo, Ohio. He was a graduate of Waite High School where he became active in boxing and played forward on the basketball team. Charles was a police officer with the Toledo Port Authority and after retirement worked for the Ohio Sheriff's department. He loved his music, motorcycles and classic cars. Charles is survived by his children, Christie Hodges-Alleyne (Abigail Alleyne), Charles E. Webb Jr., Jody S. Webb; siblings, Gwendolyn Trumbo, Genevieve Watts, Lydia Webb, Tommie Austin; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Webb and mother, Pearl L. Henry. Funeral services are Friday, June 16, 11 a.m at The House of Day Funeral Services, preceded by 10 a.m. wake.

May the God of all comfort be with the Webb family at this most difficult time. Charlie is someone who I knew growing up in Ravine Park Village living just 10 houses away. Charlie was always up beat,fun to be around, with a positive attitude. Charlie is someone who will truly be missed, by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Have known Charlie since 8 th. grade at Garfield then through high school at Waite . I can truly say Charlie was a kind soft spoken person . I admire his kindness to all . We can all learn from his personality . RIP

Rest In Peace, Chuck ! I'll always remember growing up with you. From the hood of Birmingham to the Ravine Park Village. From Garfield grade school, and Waite High School. And our old spot on East Broadway Club. Rest In Heaven Chuck, until we can see each other again. Love you Man.
