Charlotte Michalak Obituary
Charlotte Michalak, 74 years, of Lambertville, MI passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 in St. Anne's Hospital after suffering a heart attack. The daughter of Edward and Helen (Janiak) Kotecki she was born October 12, 1943 in Toledo, OH. She worked as an Administrative Assistant for the University of Toledo, retiring in 2003.
Charlotte graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1961. She married Paul V. Michalak July 23, 1966.
Charlotte loved being with her grandchildren and watching them participate in sports. She enjoyed traveling and spending time at the cottage on Rose Lake and fishing there. She liked feeding and watching the birds every morning, working in the garden, and her sports car.
Charlotte is survived by her loving husband, Paul; children, Matthew (Kristen) Michalak of Goodyear, AZ, Eric (Cheryl) Michalak of Toledo; and grandchildren, Autumn, Leo, and Alexis.
Visitation will be Monday, January 29, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in Urbanski's Bedford Funeral Chapel, 8300 Lewis Ave., Temperance, MI. The funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, Temperance, MI where there will be visiting after 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Paul Tom and I and our boys were so sorry to hear of the sudden passing of your wife Charlotte and you are in our prayers along with your family. We are very saddened for your loss and we are very sorry we could not make the visitation . We both are having cough and sniffles so not a good idea to be around people. Maybe at some date we can meet up for breakfast. We would love to share old stories from the past. In sympathy and God Bless

Paul, I was saddened and stunned to hear of Charlotte's passing. My condolences and prayers for you and your family. Well cousin, this is the final goodby. As we grew older we were not in touch very often, but when we were..watch out...non-stop talking and reminiscing. I will miss that and your emails. Now, just rest in the arms of Jesus.
