Constance Myra Roth Sautter

Constance Myra Roth Sautter, 88, passed away September 25, 2024. Connie was an avid reader and lifelong learner who graduated with multiple college degrees and a PHD. Connie spent most of her life working at the Toledo Hospital in the maternity department, specifically in labor and delivery of newborns. Later in life she became a professor at the Medical College of Ohio, teaching nursing.

Connie married Kim Sautter and they were together nearly 40 years at the time of her death. Even while working full time, attending college, and raising her 4 sons, she always made time to be a loving, compassionate, and caring mother. Connie is survived by her loving and beloved husband, Kim Sautter; and her sons, Michael (Sue) Roth, Stephen (Rob) Roth, Jack (Melba) Roth, and Doug (Monique) Roth. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Nikki (Josh) Jewell, Scott (Renee) Roth, Jennifer Koly, and Joseph (Paige) Koly; 6 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; 4 loving nieces; and a wealth of generations below them.

A public Celebration of Life memorial is being held Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at the Maumee Valley Unitarian Universalist Congregation, located at 20189 N. Dixie Hwy., Bowling Green, OH 43402.
