CJ, I LOVE and MISS you soo much sweetie. You were just as much a Nephew to me as your cousins growing up and me babysitting you and them. I am so grateful that we all were able to be together as a FAMILY here in Las Vegas this past July and everyone was able to fly in for Brandon's wedding. It wouldn't have been the same without YOU and your MOM there. My only wish was that you got to finaly move out to Cali to be with your Mom, Uncle Levi, Aunt Cynthia and all your cousins and great cousins now. You all were Inseperable growing up as kids. GOD just needed you a little sooner than we would have preferred but you will ALWAYS be with us and around us in SPIRIT. Your light was too BRIGHT to ever go out and we will miss your SMILE. Stay close to us and may the Lord use you in all the ways you wanted in all the things you ever wanted to do. I LOVE YOU CJ!

My heart hurts with you and at the same time I am praying for your strength. 2009 was the first time I had seen CJ in years and I will never forget that when he walked in the room, I said Wow because he had an inner glow, a profound sweetness that was so deep...it could only come from God. I saw him differently than I ever had, because that day, I saw him like God saw him...Precious. I'm glad I have that memory.

To one of the coolest, most calmest, collective cousin- with a great smile to boot. A cousin that enriched my life so much in 2008, during the loss of my brother John; What a remarkable resemblance of the two, and both Gemini, WOW! You may have gotten tired of me saying you all look alike, but oh how you helped keep the memories of family alive. Being one that believes God has a sense of humor, the funniest memory of you CJ was when you and my daughter, Raina, were at Libbey High School for a summer class and you were flossing Uncle Curtis's Super Bowl Ring. Then when you all were here, I shared the incident with Uncle Curtis and he said "No I didn't know he had my ring at school." It was sooooo funny! CJ will be missed!!! When I first met CJ, I knew he was someone special in my life. He is the only person in my life that knew me through and through; and no matter what we were genuine to each other. We grew up in separate states, OH & NC, but when we got together as adults 3yrs ago, we formed this bond that told us we were Cousins for life. Although we bonded over a death, we still had laughs and memories that I will always remember. CJ I know you had a little quiet swag but I know how you really got down. Cool with me. Your 3am texts never bothered me, I was always up to answer. So anytime....
