My fondest memories of Cindy are going to VIP night at MDA Camp and just seeing her smile and how she was always trying to help someone. Then on the Telethon at Channel 13, Cindy and I sat outside talking about our muscular dystrophy last year and about how camp is so enjoyable to her. She will dearly be missed by all her MDA family. Mary - my prayers are with you and hope we can continue to you see at telethon.

Timmy & Mary
I am very sorry for your loss. Remain strong for each other at this horrible time. I can still picture Cindy as the little 2 year old blondy who could barley talk, but would raise her arms up & yell touchdown as Timmy watched Sunday Football. These memories are important to keep close to your heart where Cindy will remain forever.

DEAREST CINDY
Dearest Cindy my heart is filled with sorrow.
And my eyes fill with tears.
Arms that held you close are now empty
Your room is now cold and silent.
The happy sounds that filled it are now gone.
All that is left are the memories.
Happy sounds are memories of you, puts
a smile on my face.
My dearest Cindy you are now an angel in heaven.
Nothing can harm you now.
Mommy and Daddy still loves you,
miss you so much.
You will always be your mom and dad greatest joy and love.So rest easy Cindy.
Till the time we are together again.
You are in my heart and in my memories.
Cindy is an angel now.
So let your laughter fill the heavens.
Let your smiles brighten the night.
Let your joy fill the world with joy and peace.
You are gone
BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN!!
Goodbye for now my Dearest Cindy.

I didn't know Cindy other than what I saw on the news. As a parent I know there can't be a much greater hurt than to loose a child. My prayers to the Lord are for him to hold you in his arms and give you strength to get through this awful time. God bless all of you.

I went to MDA Camp with Cindy for her first few years. I was a teenager and she was a child, at that time. I also saw Cindy at MDA events and at the MDA telethon. I had gotten back in touch with Cindy through Myspace a few years back and occasionally spoke with her on messenger.

I was shocked to hear that Cindy had disappeared. I knew how close she was to her mom, Mary. I knew she wouldn't just leave. I also was saddened to hear of her passing. My heart goes out to her family, especially her parents, and to the MDA family who loves her. She was a very happy, caring person and that is always how she will be remembered.

To the family of Cindy...

I never knew her personally, but recall the many times I would see her riding her bike or just walking in the neighborhood. She was such a sweet girl with a "forever smile" on her face. She never had an ill word toward anyone, she always enjoyed people and talking to them trying to make them see the brighter side of life.

I moved from the neighborhood this past summer and while I have many memories of the neighborhood, one of my fondest was seeing Cindy.

I pray to God that he guides all of you through this most difficult time.

I have one daughter and there is no way on this earth that I could ever imagine going through what you have gone through and will continue to go through without her.

God bless all of you.
