Dale GOSSETT Obituary

GOSSETT Dale K. Dale K. Gossett, age 72, of Erie, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2009, in his home. He was born in Belton, Kentucky, on January 3, 1937, to Bernard and Margaret (Wells) Gossett. Dale served his country as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. He retired from General Motors Powertrain and was known as an avid bowler and golfer. Surviving are his sons, Jeffrey, Gary (Pamela) and Michael (Michelle) Gossett; his daughter, Rochelle Coleman and six grandchildren, Kyle, Austin, Tyler, Matthew, Dylan and Laney. Dale's surviving siblings are: Patricia Moore, Melva (Peter) Plocek, Wayne (Joyce) Gossett, Dwight (Vickie) Gossett, and Richard (Dina) Gossett. Friends and family may visit at Urbanski Funeral Home, 5055 Secor Road, Toledo, (just North of Laskey) (419) 475-5055, on Thursday, December 3, from 2:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday December 4, at the funeral home with Rev. Jerry Craig officiating. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or charity of choice.
