David Eugene Venzke

David Eugene Venzke, 86, passed away peacefully on November 14th, 2024, surrounded by his kids, at Majestic of Toledo. He was born March 4, 1938, in Monroe, Michigan, and was a long-standing resident of the Northwood and Oregon communities. David worked and retired from the U.S. Postal Service, Oregon branch, as a mailman for 35 years.

David is survived by his children, Jeff (Karen) Venzke, Jacki (Kevin) Guy, Trisha (Tommy) Moore; grandchildren, Breanne, Brooke, Madison, Maxx, Zeplin, and Nugent; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Giberson.

Visitation will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel, Monday, November 18, from 9:00-11:00 a.m., where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association and Kind Hearts Hospice.

Jeff,Jacki, & Trisha, So very sorry to hear about your dad! I couldn't be there because I had surgery and it's taking awhile to get back on track? But my thoughts are always with you and ALL of your kiddo's And Prayers are headed that way for Comfort, & Peace! Love You All!! Cousin Bonnie
