Diane Konczal Obituary

KONCZAL Diane M. Diane M. Konczal, age 58, of Toledo, passed away on October 27, 2006, in her home. She was born on September 17, 1948, to Edward and Genevieve Nowaczyk in Toledo. Diane was a Central Catholic High School graduate. She had worked in the meat department for Kroger's for 21 years, working primarily at the Miracle Mile location. Diane enjoyed gardening and cooking, especially her Sunday chicken dinners with her family. Diane will be dearly missed by her loving husband of 37 years, James Konczal; children, Greg (Elizabeth), Tim, Brian and Michelle Konczal; grandchildren, Tyler, Madalyn, Hannah, Joshua and Joseph; her father and brothers, Mark (Cindy) and James Nowaczyk. She was preceded in death by her mother. Family and friends may visit at the W. K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy., on Wednesday from 2-8 p.m., with a recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Our Lady of Lourdes Church.
