Diane Rowland Obituary
Diane M. Rowland, 66, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2022. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on August 27, 1956 to Thomas and Mary Jane (Thompson) Rowland. After graduating from high school, Diane would later go on to obtain her Associates Degree. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and had a passion for photography. Diane also enjoyed traveling and going out to eat. She was selfless, loving, caring, and enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, especially her granddaughter, Ariel.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Neagley; son, Scottie J. (Monica) Neagley; and granddaughter, Ariel Diane Neagley. She was preceded in death by her parents.
In accordance with Diane's wishes, a family celebration of life will take place at a later date. Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

I went to Wilson High School with Diane. She was my best friend. We were inseparable. Boy, did we have fun. She was a brides´s maid in my wedding. Then she moved back to Ohio. I was so excited that we reconnected with each other on Facebook. Diane will truly be missed. Condolences to her family. RIP.
