Douglas Michael
Douglas Michael Winters, 62, of Bowling Green, OH, died March 9, 2015, at Bowling Green Manor Nursing Home. He was born October 3, 1952, to John and Doris (Duncan) Winters.
Doug was a 1970 graduate of Otsego High School. He enjoyed stamp and coin collecting, football and baseball card collecting and bowling.
For over 38 years, Doug worked as an HVAC Tech out of Local 50 plumbers and pipe fitters union. He was a social member of the AMVETS and Bowling Green VFW and a member of the Eagles and Elks.
He is survived by his mother, Doris Winters of Bowling Green, OH; brother, Jim Winters of Weston, OH and aunt, Barb (Jim) Kilgore of Haskins, OH. He was preceded in death by his father.

I was very saddened to hear of Doug's passing. It has been many years since I have seen Doug but the fun memories and conversations from days past will always be close to my heart. My sincere condolences to his family.

Doug was a wonderful and generous man. I will always remember how much fun we had with him. Even though I am from Michigan, I will always root for Ohio State on his behalf. My sons (His nephews) thought he was the most fun Uncle and couldn't wait to visit him. The world won't be the same without him. Rest in Peace.
