Eduardo Bautista

Eduardo Berbinzana Bautista, 87, of Perrysburg, passed away Friday, March 22, 2024 at the Manor of Perrysburg. Ed was born October 26, 1936 in the Philippines to Victoriano and Josefa (Berbinzana) Bautista. Ed earned his Bachelors of Business Administration, Accounting major, degree from University of the East in Manila. He married Leticia Enriquez on January 8, 1966 and they became US Citizens in 1974. They shared 53 years together until she passed on September 12, 2019.

Ed worked as an accountant for Owens Corning, retiring in 2001. He loved to work on and around his house which was his pride and joy, and built most of this house with some help from his family.

He is survived by his children, Eric (Rowena) Bautista and Edwin Bautista; grandchildren, Chris (Lauren) Keene, Ryan Keene, Tony Keene, Nick (Emily) Keene, and Donovan Bautista; sister, Carmelita Bautista, and many nieces and nephews. Along with his wife, Leticia, and daughter, Leilani (Doug) Worley, he was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Felisa.

Friends and family will be received Friday, March 29, 2024 from 10-12 p.m. at Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg (419-874-3133) where a funeral service will begin at noon. Burial will follow in Fort Meigs Union Cemetery.
