Bruno in April 1956, joined him in Stuttgart, Germany six months later. She became a part of Army Group 56-F2 in all their reunions and interim meetings in Naples, Florida. Her first book: Punctuation Celebration was published July 21, 2009, by Henry Holt and Company. She also was a regular contributor to Highlights and Lady Bug magazines. The family thanks Dr. Jeffrey Muler for his care for almost five years. Dear Brunos, I was sad to hear that the best teacher Central ever had passed on. She was always a bright shinning example to the students and always willing to go the extra mile to help anyone. As time passes you will remember more the happy times and not as much of the hard fight she fought in the end. She always had a kind word for me, even in times of trouble. My thoughts are with you all.

Dom and Family,
It was such a pleasure to witness Punctuation Celebration come together.

More than that she left behind some lasting Elsa lessons. Elsa managed all curve balls with aplomb and kept a steady pace of Cobblestone and Highlight submissions going at the same time in a no-nonsense fashion, that I assume was part and parcel of being Elsa everyday.
