Evalee Cornelius Obituary
Evalee Cornelius, 51, of Oak Harbor, OH, died Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at the Cleveland Clinic after a courageous battle. Born July 23, 1967, in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of Robert and Joyce (Couch) Bowling. She was a graduate of Bedford High School, and worked with the Sandusky Humane Society.
Evalee enjoyed taking care of her animals at home and at the shelter, shopping, music, most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family.
She is survived by her loving husband, Harold E. Cornelius; children, Edmund (Britny) and Amanda Cornelius; grandchildren, Rylee, Ollie, Livie; sister, Wendy (Rob) Eckhart; brother, Lindon "Buddy" Bowling; father-in-law, Roy E. Cornelius; nieces, Brittany and Brooke, nephews, Brandon and Jared;. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandfather Mose.
Visitation will begin from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, 2018 and from 11:00 - 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park, Toledo, OH.
Memorial contributions to the Sandusky Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.

All of us at the Humane Society shelter were touched by Evalee's love of the animals. We will gratly miss her. We know she is at the Rainbow Bridge with all of the babies that have passed that she loved so much. RIP EValee.
