Fletcher D. Hall Jr.

HALL Fletcher D. (Junior) Jr. Fletcher D. Hall (Junior) Jr., age 64, of Toledo, passed away, Friday, June 22, 2007, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, inpatient unit, Toledo. Fletcher began his life-long employment at Toledo Memorial Park in May of 1963 and even though he "retired" early due to his health, in his heart he never actually left the cemetery he loved. For his 40 plus years of employment you could count on Fletcher to be the first to arrive every morning (regardless of the weather) and the last to leave if there was work still left to be done. Over those many decades Fletcher had the opportunity to perform every possible task that needed to be accomplished he did so with a great sense of responsibility and pride. His friends and co-workers were important to Fletcher and he will be greatly missed by those who were fortunate enough to have shared so many years by his side at Toledo Memorial Park. He was a great family man and loved the "get togethers" which were a very big part of his life. He loved his Great Dane, Peek-a-Boo, enjoyed a little gambling playing slot machines, hunting and restoring his 69 Chevy pickup. He is survived by his loving family, wife, Dawn P. (Bolander) Hall; children, Shellie Hall, Kelly Jo (Roy) Hagerman, Bridgetti (Robert Moore) Hall, Fletcher (Brianne) Hall III, Randy (Becky) Hall, Timothy Hall, Fredrick (Kelly) Hall and Daniel A. (Jackie) Chatfield; 27 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Elaine Swartz, Alta Hawks, Irene Miller, Geraldine VanWarmer and Carol Carter; brothers, Henry, Richard and Donald Hall; sister-in-law, Carol (Ken) Takats; brother-in-law, Richard Bolander. He was preceded in death by his parents, Irene L. (Wagner) and Fletcher D. Hall Sr.; sisters, Phyllis Chatfield, Betty Schermerhorn and Iona Schermerhorn; niece, Marybeth Chatfield. Friends may call at the Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 N. Main St., Sylvania, on Monday from 5-9:00 p.m. and continuing Tuesday 3-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at noon in the funeral home.
