Florence Partin Obituary
Florence E. Partin, age 96, of Oregon, OH, died September 21, 2025. She was born February 4, 1929, in Walbridge, OH, to Mr. and Mrs. Raymond (Wilhelmina Specht) Traver. She was a member of First St. John Lutheran Church, Toledo, where she was in the Rebecca and Ruth Circles. She also volunteered for 10 years at Bay Park Hospital.
Survived by her children, Dale (Laina) Partin and Janet (Thomas) Eppard; grandchildren, Andrew (Marcia), Alex (Chhay), Cheryl, Melanie, Stacie (Matt) and Jason; great-grandchildren, Allie, Sam, Braydon, Brooke, Lila, Briar, Kitty, Bay, Brandon (Julie), Nick, Brianna, Jacob and Joanna; great-great-grandson, Greyson; and many very special friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard "Luke," in 1989; sons, David and Scott Partin; grandson, Luke Partin; and great-grandson, John Thomas.
Friends will be received at Sunrise Cremations and Funerals, Walbridge, 701 N. Main St., 419-666-3121, on Monday, September 29, 2025, from 4:00-8:00 p.m., and on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery. Special thanks to The Gardens of St. Francis and Hospice of Northwest Ohio for their care and compassion. Contributions may be directed in her name to First St. John Church or the Toledo Humane Society.
