It was a joy and privilege to have known Florence Stevens, and a special honor to call her Aunt. We'll miss seeing her when we go to Fl. What a way to spend Christmas 2009, with her Lord & Savior and those who have gone on before. Thanks for the warmer weather, Floridians. There will always be a hole in my heart for Aunt Florence & Melvin. Thank God for 1 Thess. 4:13-18. Love, Marilyn & Gary

What can one say to whom they owe their life too? What can one write to express the heart felt temporary loss of a loved one? Still I will bless the name of the Lord. I can say that I'm meekly humbled to have gotten know and know Jesus whom was so very dear to my great grandmother's life. She by more so the way she lived her live than by her words taught me how to follow and walk in the step of Jesus Christ, and it is for this I'm so grateful to her. She has prayed much for me and many of us I'm sure, but I'm most proud of her not because of the jobs she's had or the accomplishment she had done, but simple because she was a Godly woman. She lived the kind of Christian life that I'm striving for...

I will miss her dearly, but I know that I know if I run the race of faith that God has put before me... I will see her again.
