Genevieve Yaw Obituary

YAW Genevieve "Genny" Genny went to be with her Lord on Thursday, January 3, 2008. She was born in Toledo, OH, on November 21, 1928, to Paul Sr. and Idola (Sloan) Reynolds. She married Larry Yaw on September 3, 1949. She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church in Whitehouse, OH. She belonged to the Woodward Class of 1948, and Toledo Chapter OES 341, former member of Wesley UM, Toledo, being active in the Jr. Church program and the Asbury Class. She is survived by children, John (Cheryl) Yaw, Tammy Spino, Cindy (Mike) Walbolt, Deb (Andy) Ross, Dan (Kat) Yaw, and Don (Tina) Yaw. Her siblings include, sisters, Juanita Spencer and Evelyn (Bill) Stilwell; brothers, Paul Reynolds Jr. (deceased) and Jack Reynolds (deceased) and sister-in-law, Marlene (Ron) Szurminski. She leaves behind to cherish her memory 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 1 p.m. - 8 p.m. and Services on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. The Rev. Gary Green officiating at Peinert's Funeral Home, 6603 Providence St., Whitehouse, OH.
