AKA "Geech" departed from this life on 08/04/2022 at the young age of 31 years old.
He leaves to mourn his passing his daughter, Ma'shionna; her mother, Keandra McCarver; girlfriend, Kristian Gordon; his grandfather, Walter Holston, Sr.; uncle, Walter Holston, Jr.; father, George Merritt, Jr.; mother, Karen Merritt; sister, Joyce Jelks and her husband, Fred Jelks; sister, V. Allyse Merritt; sister, Blaire Merritt-Dunston and her husband Shane Dunston; brother, Martin Merritt; several nieces and nephews; and a huge host of relatives, friends, and acquaintances.
George's life was cut short but his mark on the world will continue in his many rap videos, streams on YouTube and other media platforms. He was gifted, stylish, and bold. He is loved and will be greatly missed. Viewing will be held at Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home Wednesday, August 10th from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. In leu of flowers and cards, we ask for monetary contributions for the Trust Fund for George's daughter, Ma'shionna, which can be made at https://www.gofundme.com/f/george-geech-merritt-daughters-fund?utm_source=customer&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_campaign=p_cf+share-flow-1 .
