Dear Gretchen, Katie, and Nachazel family: I am so, so sad to hear that Grace has died. Whenever I think about our teen years together, a giant smile comes across my face. Grace was so funny and passionate and alive. She taught me so much about squeezing every ounce of joy and laughter out of any situation. Grace was an important part of some of the most formative years of my life. The memories are abundant and legendary and truly, truly joyful. I hope you all find peace and comfort with each other through this sad time. Please know that it really mattered that Grace walked this earth.

How sad I am to read of Grace's passing. Brought back many fond memories of the summer spent hanging out with you all at the house on Page. Grace was bright, funny, and charming when I knew her, and I'll always remember her warm and generous spirit. Know that you are all in my prayers.
