IT SEEMS LIKE JUST YESTERDAY THAT YOU WERE HERE WITH US. HOW CAN IT BE OVER A DECADE SINCE YOU LEFT. YOU ARE STILL IN HEART AND MIND, EVER TO BE FORGOTTEN. THE RIPPLES YOU SENT OUT ARE STRONG AND CONTINUING TO MAKE THIS WORLD A BETTER PLACE FOR YOU HAVING BEEN IN OUR LIVES. MAY YOUR MEMORY BE ETERNAL.

Harry was a central figure at Sylvania UCC, volunteering for every time we needed help in the office, to attending every book study, to doing craft projects with our craft group. He was a great guy and a kind soul. A great disciple of Christ.

Harry recently taught me a crocheted potholder pattern at the UCC that I really enjoy doing. He was incredibly patient and helped me even when he was not feeling well. Although I did not have the privilege of knowing him very long, I sensed a deep kindness about him. He will be greatly missed.

Family and Friends,

We had too short a time to enjoy Harry as a fellow Sylvania United Church of Christ member and friend. We will think of him and miss his always smiling face.

Don and Marti, thought and prayers going out to you at this time.

Harry and I met in 7th grade at Burnham Junior High School. We became good friends. He let me copy his bookkeeping homework in exchange for me picking him up every morning on the way to high school at Sylvania Northview rather than him having to ride the school bus or walking. We graduated together in 1973. Harry, my friend I will never forget you and the fun we had together. Beverly Neshkoff Mowrer. Temperance, Michigan

Harry, it was a great pleasure to know you and I was especially touched you made the long trip to see me over in England last year. You were a sincere, loving, man with a large appetite for fun who always thought of others and gave much time and considerable energy in helping raise money for good causes, even through your most difficult times. Many people will miss your exuberance and charm and I send them all, friends and family, my most heartfelt condolences. Your memory will be with me always and you take my love with you on your next journey. Howard x
