Henry "Kool Kiddie"
Henry "Kool Kiddie" Boyd, 58, passed away on November 14, 2015. He graduated from Libbey High School in 1977, and was employed by Sterling Pipe and Tube Co.
Henry was preceded in death by his father, S.T. Butler; brother, Willie Boyd, and sister, Cora Scott.
He leaves to cherish his memory, mother, Mary Boyd; children, Darnell Brown, Henry Brown, DeMarcio Clinton, and Precious (Jerry) Grant; brothers, Michael, Robert, David, Jimmy, and Johnny Boyd, S.T. Butler, III, and Steven Holli Butler; sisters, Shirley Glaspie, Elaine Hill, and Deaundra Butler; 18 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Services will be held on Monday, November 23, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., preceded by a 10:00 a.m. Wake, at St. James, The Armory Church, 3319 Nebraska Avenue, Woodlawn Cemetery.
Services handled by the House of Day Funeral Service.
