Hui Lee Obituary
Hui Chun Lee, 72, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away on July 19, 2022, in Hospice of Northwest Ohio (Toledo). Born in China on December 15, 1949, to Bao Yu and Wei Xia. Ms. Lee was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and wife. Ms. Lee was the former owner of the Chinatown Restaurant in Downtown Toledo alongside her second husband, Jin Lin. Ms. Lee was a member of the Yee Hong Association. Ms. Lee was an avid ballroom dancer and gardener.
Ms. Lee was preceded in death by her first two husbands, Jia Sheng Wong and Jin Lin. Surviving are her husband, Wing Chuck Lee; son, Wai James Wong (Pian Wong); daughters, Foo Young Huang (Chang Da Huang), Kimberly Wong (Hing Kong), Mary Lee (Levi Keepers); sister, Cai Yu; brothers, Tian Yu (Chun Fei Huang), Yan Yu (Miao Huang); 10 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
The family will receive friends and relatives at the Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home, 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd at Byrne Road, Sunday, July 24, 2022, 2-8 p.m. where funeral services will be held Monday July 25, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place in Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
