KOTLARCZYK Jeffrey Jeffrey A. Kotlarczyk, age 46 years, of Temperance, MI, died Monday, August 14, 2006, in St. Anne Mercy Hospital, Toledo, OH, after a long illness. Born June 29, 1960, in Toledo, OH, he was the son of Theodore and Carol (Evans) Kotlarczyk. He was a 1978 graduate of Whitmer High School and received his bachelor's degree in business management. He is survived by his loving wife and companion of 29 years, Lydia; children, Jacqueline, Victoria (Donald), Nicholas and Brandon, all of Temperance, MI; grandchildren, Owen and Madelyn; father, Theodore (Nancy) Kotlarczyk of Toledo, OH; mother, Carol Kotlarczyk of Sylvania, OH; brother, James (Michelle) Kotlarczyk of Holland, OH and several other family members. He was preceded in death by a sister, Michelle Kotlarczyk. Visitation will be from 2-7 p.m. Wednesday in the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd.
