Jeffrey D.
Jeffrey D. Parker, 59, of Toledo, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, June 24, 2015. He was born in Elmhurst, IL to David and Catherine (Fosnacht) Parker on April 4, 1956. He was married to the love of his life and spent a wonderful 36 years together. During Jeff's 30 years as a cement mason he had started his own business, Parker Quality Concrete, which he operated for years. Jeffrey was a member of Local 886 Cement Masons and Masonic Harbor Light Lodge No. 746 F. & A.M. He had a variety of interests and found enjoyment in many things. He was handy and always tinkering on numerous different projects. He was always there to lend a hand to his friends and family. Although quick to a temper, he was quicker to apologize. He loved his friends and family and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Melinda; sons, Dave and Mike Parker; sister, Linda Parker; mother-in-law, Delores Benson; brother-in-law, James Benson; niece, Ashley Schroeder; nephews, Jimmy, Mike, and Jake Benson and Donnie Elsass and his illegitimate grandson, "Gus". He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
