Jenny has definately not "lost the battle" with cancer. In fact, she looked it right in the eye and gave it a big punch - right in the nose. Go Jen! She gave our support group momentum and many laughs. Sweet Jenny, enjoy your cancer-free body!

Mr.& Mrs. Brickner, Amy, Ryan and the rest of the family,
It seems like just yesterday we were waiting for the school bus to go to CK and cheerleading in your back yard. I remember that Jenny was always smiling and laughing! She was one of the happiest people I knew. Jenny's inspiration, courage and strength will never be forgotten. She is such a role model and an angel of love to us all. You are all in my thoughts.

We regret that we were not fortunate enough to know Jenny well, but Mrs. Rogers has lived next door and I have lived across the street from Jenny and her family for the past 2 ½ years. During these past 2 ½ years Jenny and her family have touched our lives by just being in the neighborhood as we knew from the beginning of her situation. I am so very sorry for the loss of Jenny. Although I remember her most as a jr. high student I know she grew into a tremendous young lady. It was a wonderful experience for me to have been one of her teachers and hopefully a positive influence on her life. I taught band at CK and had the honor of her presence in the sax secton for a few years. I know she will be missed by Michael, her children and many others.

I met Jenny when we were 5yrs old.Her family lived down the street from my aunt's house. From there would continue a lifelong friendship from grade school, vacations with each others families,dance lessons,sports, and highschool. I am so thankful to have had her in my life and will cherish every memory we shared.

I met Jenny at the Victory Center in a support group that she championed. I was struck by her peacefulness and smile despite her grim diagnosis. I left there and thought about her, told my family about her and will never forget her. Thank you for teaching me a lesson about the value of life and how to live in the moment. You reiterated the fact that cancer doesn't discriminate and how to live happily with it. I pray for your children and husband who face the daunting task of life without you. May God bless them and keep them in his hands.

I met Jenny on her first visit to Stewart's Caring Place in Akron. You could see and feel the beauty of her soul. My mother had breast cancer when I was born back in 1947, I have had it and so has my oldest daughter so we are not strangers to this disease. I had so hoped that Jenny would get the years that my mother did, but that was not to be. Just know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Jenny will be missed!!!

I have so many memories of growing up with Jenny and all her cousins at the lake. We always had such fun and Jenny was the best at Jump roping. This past summer as I watched Sammy play with Isaiah in the sand box it brought back such good memories and I hope that our kids continue to make such fun memories. Jenny was such a strong, loving person and she will be greatly missed.

At a time like this, we are at a loss for words to express our condolence to someone who has lost a loved one.
How to say it to bring comfort?
How to say that we care?
How to say that we understand?
It will be the little things that you will remember, the quiet moments,the smiles, the laughter. And although it may seem hard right now, it will be the memories of these little things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again.
I am so grateful and blessed to have known Jenny; I will never forget her or the lessons she has taught me, especially in the last few years. She turned this "negative" into one of the most positive things I have ever bore witness to, and that will stay with me forever. Her battle was unbelievable, yet reminded me to believe again. God bless you all and may she get some well-deserved rest.

I want to say that Jenny(Mrs. Sugg)was a very sweet person that will be missed by a lot of people across the world. Her love for her family was well known and expressed. I was blessed to work with her at HOPE Academy Northcost. She gave me and others HOPE that everything will be ok.
