Jerry Wilson, Jr., formerly of Toledo, Ohio passed away unexpectedly in his home in Charleston, SC on Sunday, September 18, 2022. Jerry was born February 13, 1962 to Jerry and Laura Wilson.
Jerry and his family moved from Toledo to Charleston, SC in 2001. Jerry was the owner of Affordable Painting Co. where he and his son, Michael, served the greater Charleston area.
Prior to starting his business, he was an automobile sales professional both in Toledo and Charleston. Jerry's outgoing personality made him a friend to everyone he met. His family meant everything to him and he will be greatly missed.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Mary; sons, Nicholas (Lauren) and Michael; mother, Laura; sisters, Shelly Knollman (Paul) and Colleen Cimerman; grandchildren, Hank and Marley; nephews, Alex Knollman (Sadie), Spencer Cimerman; and niece, Jillian Cimerman. Jerry's father, Jerry Sr. preceded him in death in 2006.
A visitation and memorial gathering to honor Jerry's life will be held at Walter Funeral Home, 4653 Glendale Ave., Toledo, Ohio on Sunday, October 16th from 1-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the Toledo Humane Society.

I am forever Blessed to have known Jerry for the past 17 years. He was always willing to help and go beyond what was asked. There are no words to express how sad I am for his family! May it help to know that Jerry will always be remembered in my heart. Praying for Peace in the days ahead.

I only knew Jerry for a short period of time but felt like i had known him forever. He and his crew painted my house from head to toe. He was awesome to work with and went above and beyond to help me out. He loved my dogs like his own. He loved his family. He was very proud of his work. I am so glad to have known him and will miss seeing his smiling face. Sending prayers to his family.
