I lost two very precious little guys on March 1st. Jeramy and Julian my grandsons. I loved you two from the moment your Mommy told me she was pregant. My heart is broken and it will never heal. Mom this is to you. Take care of my grandsons and make sure you tell them that we loved them and wanted them more than any thing. I will meet you some day and be with you. I will find you and then we will be togeather. Until then when the sun shines exceptionally brite I will know that my grandbabies are looking out for me. I love you Jeramy and Julian now and forever. I will never let you go. Love Grandma.
