Jimmy McCullough Obituary

Jimmy McCullough, 59, departed this life January 24, 2006, at his home. Born in Carrolton, GA he came to Toledo in 1953. Jimmy was a 1965 graduate of Scott High School and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army after 2 years of service. He worked for Daimler-Chrysler 37 years as a skilled tradesman, retiring in 2005.
Jimmy was a member of Friendly Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.C. and Ela McCullough and brother, Charles McCullough. He leaves to cherish his memory wife, Ruthie Mae; son, Damon Smith-McCullough; daughter, Sha-Mekie Tyler of West Memphis, AR; brother, Bobby (Joann) McCullough; sister, Debra Riles; 11 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday 4 - 7 p.m. Dale-Riggs Funeral Home Chapel, wake services Wednesday 11:00 a.m. followed by funeral service 12:00 noon, Indiana Avenue Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Rufus Middleton officiate, Rev. Dr. John E. Roberts pastor, interment Historic Woodlawn Cemetery. www.dalefh.com

& family,

I extend to you all my sincere condolence in you time of loss & bereavement. My prayer for you all is that God would continue to hold your hearts in comfort, and bless you with the strength needed at such a time as this. May you find peace in your ability to reach into your hearts & minds to where lay precious memories of your loved one. It is through such memories and reflection, that your loved one shall continue to live. When you should find yourselves feeling sad, remember to look to God; for it is He who said "Cast all your cares upon Me; for I care for you."
