John Stuetzer Obituary

John Robert Stuetzer

John R. Stuetzer, age 66, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Monday, June 3, 2024. He was born on September 24, 1957 in Toledo, Ohio to Robert and Corene (Moran) Stuetzer. John was a 1976 graduate of Cardinal Stritch High School. John was born with vision issues, but that didn't stop him from achieving things in life. He graduated from the University of Toledo earning his bachelor's degree in communications, worked for the Lucas County Engineers-Maps department for many years, and started his own business through the Business Enterprise Program with Ohio Blind Vendors. John had an outgoing and friendly personality, and always made friends. He was a classic rock buff and had an extensive cd collection that he accumulated over the years. John knew everything about the bands, from songs to release dates. He was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church. In his spare time, John enjoyed western movies with John Wayne or Clint Eastwood, especially Bonanza and Gun Smoke.

John is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Karen Stuetzer; children, Brenden and Shannon Stuetzer; brother, Daniel (Connie) Stuetzer; stepsiblings, Debra Biebesheimer, Elizabeth (John) Landry, and Craig Biebesheimer; nieces and nephews, Bradley (Daniela) Stuetzer, Courtney (Will) Earle, and Amanda (Juan) Oliva and many other extended family.
