Jon Foreman Obituary
Jon D. Foreman, age 81, of Swanton, passed away Monday, September 23, 2024 at Embassy of Swanton. He was born on July 14, 1943 to K. Doyl and Martha Foreman in Toledo. Jon was employed with the Toledo Machining Plant (Chrysler) in Perrysburg for 51 years before retiring. He was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Detroit Tigers. Jon liked traveling with his family, and farming in his spare time. He had a great sense of humor and quick wit. Jon's smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Glenda Foreman; and brother, Tom Foreman. Left to cherish Jon's memory are his loving son, Jeff Foreman; siblings, Jim Foreman, Sam (Kathie) Foreman, Joe (Pam) Foreman, Phil (Gwen) Foreman, and Grace Koschmann; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Graveside services will take place on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Pemberville Union Cemetery, Fish Rd. Newcomer Funeral Home – West Sylvania Chapel, Toledo (419-392-9500) assisted the family with professional services.
