Jonathan Pozniak Obituary
Jonathan Henry Pozniak, age 26, of Toledo, died suddenly July 29, 2018, at his residence. He is survived by his father, David (Patti) Pozniak; mother, Cindy Junge Pozniak; maternal grandparents, Henry and Diane Junge; sisters, Sierra and Briona Pozniak and Shelly Wallace; step-siblings, Nicole (John) Habicht, Christopher, Stephanie, Connor and Alexis Mayo; nephews, Ra'Shawn Knighten and Amir Gordon; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Jon is also survived by his fiancée, Tiffany Mccollum; daughters, Bella and Payton; and unborn baby Pozniak. Jon was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Robert and Phyllis (Shook) Pozniak; great-aunt, Deloris Shook; and uncle, Jon Junge for whom he was named.
Services are being provided by Newcomer Funeral Home and interment will be at Toledo Memorial Park's Chapel of Peace.
