CUSTER Joseph E. Joseph E. Custer, age 83, passed away peacefully in his son, Michael's home on July 22, 2006, after a courageous battle with liver cancer. Joe has generously donated his body for scientific research to Medical University of Ohio. He was a retiree of Toledo Edison after 35 years of service. Joe participated in a variety of sports including handball, bowling and golf. His favorite sport was double-bank pool which he played daily with his son, Michael.
