A special man with an infectious smile, who we had the honor and privilege to know in our Waterside neighborhood. We enjoyed years of annual block parties getting to know Maddie, Olivia, and Joe. Thankful our paths crossed, if only briefly. Our condolences to his sons, Olivia, and family. Warm regards, Tom and Kris Kahl

A heart warming and supportive person that I had the honor to help me obtain my Masters Degree in Education at UT. I am a better person for the time I got to work with Joe. God Bless Joe.
