Judith Ann Kiser

Judith Ann Kiser, a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on May 3, 2023, at her home in the Old West End, surrounded by loved ones. She was 77 years old. Born on May 5, 1945, in Toledo, Ohio, at Flower Hospital. Judith was the daughter of Jessie Mae and Carl Delph.

For almost 30 years, Judy dedicated her professional life to the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities. She worked at Larc Lane, Lott Industries, Special Olympics, and ended her career in Community Inclusion. Her work and dedication helped countless individuals with disabilities and made a lasting impact on her community.

Judy will always be remembered for her generous and loving spirit. She was the matriarch of her family, and being a grandma and great-grandma brought her tremendous joy. She is survived by her sister, Wilma Whalen, two daughters, Elizabeth (Travis), and Kristin (Andrew); five grandchildren, Donald, Robert (Renee), McKenzie (Jeff), Skylar, Joss and four great-grandchildren, Anna, Delaney, Declan, and Vincent.

Upon her passing, Judy was reunited with her parents, Jessie Mae and Carl Delph; her brother, Howard; her nephew, Doyle and her best friends, Mickey and Jeanine, who have all passed before her. Together, they will continue to watch over Judy's family and friends from heaven, reminding them of her unwavering love and the impact she had on their lives.

Judy's kindness, love, and dedication to her family and her work will never be forgotten. May her soul rest in eternal peace, and may her family find comfort in the memories they shared with her.
