Julie Pawlicki Obituary

PAWLICKI Julie A. Julie A. Pawlicki, age 39, of Delta, passed away unexpectedly at her home on September 29, 2009. She was born in Toledo on January 5, 1970, to Wayne Carter and Jean (Hite) Carter and they survive. Julie was a 1988 graduate of Evergreen High School. She worked for twelve years with Chief Supermarket in Wauseon. Julie was a member of Lytton Zion United Church of Christ where she was a past Sunday school teacher, co-chairman of the high school youth group and recently was co-captain for the church's Relay For Life team. She was a Girl Scout leader and a former Den leader in the Boy Scouts. Julie will be remembered as an avid OSU and Chicago Bears fan. Above all, she loved her family and spending time with them. In addition to her parents Julie is survived by her husband of 19 years, Frank Pawlicki; father and mother-in-law, Jerry (Gloria) Pawlicki of Delta; children, Andrew, Adam, Aaron and Allison Pawlicki all of Delta; sisters, Rev. Diane Carter of Weston, Connecticut and Kathy (Ken) Bethel of Whitehouse; brother, Mike (Carrie) Carter of Toledo, and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2009, at Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St Hwy 109 in Delta. A funeral service celebrating Julie's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2009 at Lytton Zion United Church of Christ, 12910 Co Rd 5, Delta, Ohio 43515. Pastor Mary Burroughs and Rev. Diane Carter will be officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Delta. In lieu of flowers, contributions are asked to be made to the Pawlicki College Fund for her children at any local Key Bank.
