Coach Lingruen and family and the Palte family of Columbus Grove:
I was deeply saddened to learn of Kaye's passing this morning (3/25/13). I was a good friend of Kaye's growing up in Putnam County in my 20's. I became an even closer friend during my years as a superintendent at LC (1994-2005). My sympathies go out to the family and especially Coach Lingruen. You have been in my prayers for the past year and will continue to be in my prayers. Kaye and I had a nice visit a couple months ago when she was doing better. I will cherish that 1 hour chat we had together.

Kaye was my best friend growing up! We were always together, even bridesmaids in each others' weddings! Though time and distance separated us, we always stayed in contact. My sympathies to you and yours and my admiration to Kaye for fighting the good fight. bless you all!

Rex and family -
We are so sorry to lose Kaye. She was always supportive sitting in the stands knowing, win or lose, she would always be there with a pleasant smile and a word of encouragement. We are keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers...

My condolences to her family. I still remember her smile and laugh in High School. I would love to read her newspaper articles.
