Kenneth J.
Kenneth James Berry, age 87, of Perrysburg, Ohio passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2016, at Heartland of Waterville, Waterville, Ohio. He was born in Erie, Michigan on October 17, 1928, to Fredrick Berry and Hazel (Bonneau) Heidman. Kenneth was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in WWII. He worked for Brinks Security Company, REA Express and also was a member of American Legion Post 28 in Perrysburg, Ohio.
Kenneth is survived by his children, Helge (Nicole) Berry, Carmen (Gerald) Sadowski and Tracy (Karin) Berry; grandchildren, Andrea, Christopher, Matthew, Angelique, Sara, Jonathan, Elyse, Adam, James, Sandra and Amy; great-grandchildren, Tomas, Alexander, Nevaeh, Noah, Makayla, Kyle, Kyiersten, Brynn and Major; brother, Donald Berry. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Timothy Berry; best friend and companion, Barbara Yarger and brother, Francis Berry.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 15, 2016, from 2-8 p.m. at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Ft. Meigs Union Cemetery, Perrysburg, Ohio. Online condolences may be given at
