So sorry Shirley.....I wrote in the obituary section on my computer to give my condolences to you and your family, but somehow it was not printed.... only my name was visible. i was expressing my condolences, and wanted you to know how much I wanted to express my feelings. I was a friend of Kevin's and thought of him as an exceptional young man during my years of working at Helm Inst. He was thoughtful, kind, and a fine gentleman to everyone who had the pleasure of being his friend... , and he also had a sense of humor... We had some good conversations. He will be so missed by everyone who knew him and enjoyed the friendship.
Again, my heart goes out to you and your family for your loss.

I grew up with the Williams family and have been gone a long time but always remember Kevin's great sense of humor and playfulness. All us kids from the block had such good times growing up. Kevin will always be fondly remembered and may he now rest in God's hands.

Kevin was my moms neighbor and he was such a nice, caring, funny guy! We would talk to him while we were laying on a raft in our pool as he was relaxing on a raft in his pool. He was so cheerful and always had a smile on his face. We will miss you Kevin❤ Federman street will never be the same.
