Kimberly Cortez Obituary
Kimberly Marie Cortez (Stacy) died unexpectedly on July 13, 2018 from a lifelong battle with Diabetes. She was born on January 27, 1979 in Toledo, OH to James and Karin (Myers) Stacy.
Kim was a 1997 graduate of Whitmer High School. She went on to become a Surgical Dental Assistant with Western Lake Erie Oral Surgeons. Kim met the love of her life 23 years ago, they married on September 25, 2004.
Everyone who knew Kim loved her, she had an infectious smile and kind heart. She was always there to lend a hand when someone needed it. Kim loved spending time with her family and friends where she was always the life of the party.
Kim is survived by her husband, Michael; children, Serena, James, Lamonte and Joseph; godchildren, Marcus Faust and Aiden Stacy; fur babies, Jax, Sadie, Bettis, Bella and Mia.
Family and friends may visit Friday, July 20, 2018 from 2:00-6:00 p.m. at the David R. Jasin-Hoening Funeral Home, 5300 N. Summit St., Toledo, OH. A Funeral Service for Kim will follow at 6:00 p.m.
