Lillian Zacharias Obituary

Lillian A. Zacharias

Lillian Ann Frieda Schuette Zacharais, 89, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2022. She was born to Henry and Alvina (Damman) Schuette on December 16, 1932. Lillian was involved in various groups, loved to travel and to her, family mattered most. She met her husband, John T. Zacharias, at a social dance. Lillian leaves behind her daughters, Mary Ann Zacharias Bienyk and Amy Louise Zacharias (Don Bertonaschi); grandsons, Justin and Brandon Bienyk; and her great-grandchildren, Aubreyana and Blake Bienyk; and a host of family and friends.

Lillian taught people how to forgive and love one another. She was an excellent role model for her family. Visitation will be held at Coyle Funeral Home, 1770 S. Reynolds Rd. on Saturday, March 26 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be private at Maplewood Cemetery. Following the burial will be a Celebration of Life for Lillian at the 14th Ward, 2388 Airport Hwy. Toledo, from 11:00- 2:30. All are welcome to bring a dish for the potluck.
