Lora Peth Obituary
Diana Peth, age 78, of Martin, Ohio passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023. She was born on June 29, 1945 in Portsmouth, Ohio to Richard and Julia (Webb) Simon. Diana was a 1963 graduate of Waite High School and shortly after, married her husband, Melvin, on September 5, 1964. She worked at various places over the years including: Bartz Viviano and Starr Jewelers. Diana was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church (Blackberry Corner). She enjoyed tending to her house plants and sewing in her spare time. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Diana is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Melvin Peth; sons, Kevin (Sheila) Peth, David (Tammy) Peth, and Gregory (Myriah) Peth; grandchildren, Katie (Kyle Schroeder) Peth, Allen (Meghan) Peth, Dylan (Christine) Peth, Sierra Pahoski, Lillian Peth, and Juliana Peth; great-grandchildren, Charlotte, Kennedy, Ryder, Delaney, Andrew, Charlie, Autumn, Elizabeth, Ophelia, Luna, Gregory II; her sister, Ricarda (David) Young; and her brother-in-law, John Collier. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Linda Collier.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 4, 2023 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 17877 St Route 579, Martin, OH (Blackberry Corner), where family will greet guests after 10:00 a.m. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Peter Lutheran Church.
