As a Hospice nurse I have been at the bedside with family members and each time is memorable.I only took care of him for a few short days, but the love you had for your Louis was evident by you visits, your hand holding, the chattering in the room, the numerous phone calls to check on him, and the silent tears of a beloved great grandson in the hallway. Just like the mighty Oak tree which has roots deeply buried in the ground Louis will always be with you in your hearts. His wisdom will guide you and the love he gave you will warm you. Thank you for sharing him with us for a brief time. God Bless You. Cheryl Holliker, RN.
