After a long and very full life, Margaret Kinsey "Maggie" Wood passed away peacefully at home.

She was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, lived in Salina Kansas, St. Louis, Missouri, Miami, Tequesta, Hobe Sound, Florida, and Roanoke Virginia.

She was married to the late Neal S. Wood, Jr of St. Louis for 43 years and together they raised four children.

Maggie is survived by her children, Neal S. (Chip) Wood III (Linda), Phyllis Armstrong (Bill), Baker B. Wood (Tammy), and Brian K. Wood (Edna), 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and many friends.

John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday November 19, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. Celebration to be held at Christ the King Church in Roanoke. In lieu of food or flowers, donations to Feeding Southwest Virginia or any charity of your choice in her memory will be greatly appreciated.
